Viewers of 2021’s Eurovision Song Contest may remember Fyr Og Flamme who represented Denmark finishing 11th in the 2nd semi final with 3rd single Øve os på hinanden.
This is shaping up to be 1 of our 1st gigs proper since Madonna at the Palladium pre-lockdowns in February 2020 and we couldn’t be more thrilled. The occasion is Heritage Live and the setting is north London’s beautiful Kenwood House. We’ve seen Rufus Wainwright here before and we know we’re in for something special because Culture Club and Bananarama always deliver live. Tickets

Covid-19 caused its cancellation for the 1st time in its 66-year history in 2020 and this year it comes live from the Ahoy in Rotterdam on Saturday 22 May 2021. We’ve previewed semi 1, semi 2 and the pre-qualified finalists. Our pick to win is Iceland’s Daði Freyr (pictured) with hits group Gagnamagnið and entry 10 Years, a song of the week for us in March.

We haven’t properly loved a Danish Eurovision entry since we were in Copenhagen to hear the audience raise the roof off the Parken in response to Rollo and King’s Never Ever Let You Go in 2001 which came so close to retaining the crown.
