WORTH A LOOK?: ****

It’s lyrically an act of defiance with the artist formally known as Sporty Spice reflecting: ‘So this is where I find myself, I don’t need nobody else.’
While in the chorus she vows: ‘I will never turn away and run, I’m the Undefeated Champion.’
Co-written by herself and Glen Joseph Roberts and Luis Navidad, she continues to release music decades after having most success and new tracks featured on the album include the Robyn-esque What Could Possibly Go Wrong?, the workout of the title track and and the mind reset that is Attitude.
A 25-date world tour is on sale now with gigs including London’s 02 Academy Brixton.
We’ve seen her headline shows at the old Wembley Arena and 02 Shepherd’s Bush Empire as well as with the Spice Girls at The 02.
She’s always a force of nature live and Sweat sounds like it’s shaping up to be worth investing in.
