A-Teens are singers Marie Serneholt, Sara Lumholdt, Dhani Lennevald and Amit Sebastian Paul who had UK hits with Upside Down and Halfway Around The World as well as 2 ABBA covers a quarter of a century ago.

They finished 2nd in Heat 1 of Sweden’s Eurovision selection show Melodifestivalen (see clip below) and compete in the final for the ticket to Vienna on Saturday 7 March 2026.

Iconic is written by some Eurovision royalty and is very pop through a tropical house lens but it’s the presentation with light boxes and some wonderfully choreographed moves which means it absolutely lives up to its title.

Will it make it to Vienna? It’s not the favourite and finished behind the fabulous rock ABBA/Queen mash-up performed by Greczula in its heat but it would be a worthy addition to the Eurovision stage and has already topped the charts in its native Sweden.
